Two herbs that might interest Type 2 diabetics

Fenugreek and Gymnema sylvestre are mentioned as two herbs for Type 2 diabetics to try. They might help control blood sugars. If you are into herbs, this article will interest you. But, I think I'll stick with cinnamon.
