"After 3 months on the Dexcom no bad sensors yet (knock on wood) But I have had differences in number with fast drops or spikes, but i assume that is from the 5 minute lag and then trying to playing catch up."

"I wear the sensor/transmitter on my stomach so it's covered by my bathing suit. The receiver goes in my beach bag, which also protects it from heat/sand/water/etc."

New Dexcom user

Just got my new Dexcom Dec 28th and so far very impressed!! Hoping to get better numbers once I get off of the prednisone for a sudden hearing loss!!! I have increase basals to cover for insulin resistance without a care,something I would have went crazy over with fingersticks every hour.
