My first post as a newbie to tudiabetes.com. Wow, already so many people have requested I add them to my friends list.



So, a bit about me. My name is Beth and I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic in May of this year. I'm still learning about the disease and how to control it with diet, exercise and meds. I have to lose a lot of weight but already I've lost 49 pounds and I'm feeling much better.
