I really don't want her to miss your comment about Shopshire fairy dust! just that little bit of special magic she would love to see. I know she likes snow, and wouldn't you know it is snowing here right now in New Jersey.
so sorry to hear about your cough. my goodness, and thanks for showing us the beautiful picture of your "girls". now I know why you call her "your angel" - a beautiful smile, and the love in her eyes for you so shining through.
Marie B said… hey "Twiddle" please can you leave a message for our friend Lotsofshots, she had an operation today, and I know it would mean a lot to hear from her Shropshire lad

lotsofshots said… Hi Twiddle, How are you? I have gone back to work so I haven't had too much free time. I have been walking every night when I get home from work and for a long time it has been cloudy or no moon, but tonight there was a moon and it made me think of you. Hope you are okay? What's up? How are things in the Shire? Here there has been no snow at all yet. I kind of miss it. My cat is nice. I like cats a lot now. I will be moving in May to a townhouse with a fenced in yard. Then I may get a dog too and have both. She is mostly black with a little white. I am thinking of a black and white dog too so that kind of match. This cat is very calm. I think she would get along fine with a puppy. I hope you are well. Lots.![]()
lotsofshots said… Hi Twiddle, How are you doing? Is it cold enough for you yet? How was your Christmas? I can't beilive that it is the New Year already. That last year went by so fast!
I am better from all my ailments. I am finally on my feet again and back to work. At first it was hard and I was all tired. Now I am used to it again and getting my stamina back. We had our Holiday party yesterday. Had it late because everyone had operations and a lot of the team was sick. Now everyone is getting better, so we had to have a party.
It still hasn't snowed for us yet. Yesterday felt like spring, all sunny and mild, nice day, but I am longing for some of the white stuff.
Hey, guess what? I got a cat. Suri passed away, and that was really sad. I wasn't up to getting a dog, with all the cleaning and walking and attention they take so I went to pick out something easier at the shelter. When I got there they had so many cute animals. There was a pretty pair of love birds, a cute golden dog and tons of beautiful cats. There was even a snake there! There were so many cats, looking at all their colors and eyes I could hardly decide. I played with a lot of them and ended up with a little black one with just a spot of white on her chest. She is adorable. I love having her. She is so soft and cuddly. She is a very good cat too. She doesn't scratch or bite or get underfoot. She is very affectionate and calm. I have a lot of fun with her. I got a camera for Christmas so I will have to take some pictures of her.
Today I am going for a walk. I got up so early this morning. Chris my boyfriend was sick yesterday and so was my son. They have colds and feel awful, maybe they are allergic to the cat! They went to get referrals to the allergist, got medicine and antibiotics. Chris was so tired he went to sleep before dinner then got up this morning and was washing dishes and woke me up. It is cold today for us, 21 right now, but no snow.
I hope you are doing okay? I haven't heard from you for a while. I hope things are going well for you. How are things? Lots
