Sorry its been a while...

Clinic Results!

Hey had clinic a couple of days ago most was good ive ost 3kg (dont know exactly how?) have shrunk 2cm and my A1c was 6.7 so i really cant complian! wish every A1c was like that!

CLINIC!!!!

ahhhh...ok so i have a clinic appointment tomorrow and my sugars have just decided to play some games these last few weeks and dont know whether they want to be high or low....grrrr! so as usual im left with a blank face and have no idea what to do......hopefully though i can keep the same HbA1C cause they have been pretty good sitting on the low 7's to high 6's!
