runningtheriver replied to Dave's discussion 'Does Insulet do firmware updates to the PDM?' in the group OmniPod Users
"No, no updates. I asked a customer service rep and they confirmed this with me. I know some people are getting sick of the complainers, but it is pretty unbelievable that they could have so many problems with the new pods -- and no way to remedy…"

Jim replied to runningtheriver's discussion 'Pod failures related to canulet misfiring?' in the group OmniPod Users
