- For my first 50 years, I guzzled beer, and ate anything I chose. Then I was told I had an irreversible autoimmune disease, a form of Type 1 diabetes called LADA, and that the only road led to a daily shot in the stomach. I said "Hell No. I'll find another way." And I have.

Oh I get the work thingy. I don't work now but boy when I did I hardly had any time to do anything. LOL!

- Your Welcome! May I suggest thart u talk to our founder Manny here or one of our welcoming crew that will come by later ( i don't think she's been here yet she's really busy working) about LADA? I'm a Type 1 myself had it since I was 10. Donna H?? Both of them are LADA's. I sure u will find more here too. Those 2 come to mind first. If I can help in any way just ask me.
