"When my psychiatrist told me that I would never get over it back in 2005, I got angry and began a quest to learn all I could about it. Thank God I did that. Thanks to Dr. David Burns' book, "The Feeling Good Handbook", some well…"

Naysayers and Pessimists.

Please excuse this unsolicited inquiry. I found you looking at the pictures of those in the Raw group. (This group is not as active as I would desire it to be.) You where the first Raw person I saw in the 5% HgbA1C ranges. I am impressed with the control, as I am convinced this is the key to staving off deadly complications.. The more I read your blogs, especially your comments on depression chat rooms, the more I decided to chance this. I am kind of curious about your comment and a healthy diet with supplementation." I am wondering what your supplementation might be?". Thank you.
