"I agree that exercise is very important. What worked best for me is a blend of exercise, cognitive behavior therapy (as learned from Dr. Burns' book: "The Feeling Good Handbook"), and a healthy diet with supplementation."

Naysayers and Pessimists.

I'm a little disappointed by the naysayers and pessimists who poo poo the raw and natural foods diet for us type 2s. Perhaps if they tried it, they might find out how truly amazing the human body is at revitalizing itself when given what it needs. Sure, you can pick fault with just about anything, if you want to... that's your prerogative.
