Naysayers and Pessimists.

I'm a little disappointed by the naysayers and pessimists who poo poo the raw and natural foods diet for us type 2s. Perhaps if they tried it, they might find out how truly amazing the human body is at revitalizing itself when given what it needs. Sure, you can pick fault with just about anything, if you want to... that's your prerogative. You where the first Raw person I saw in the 5% HgbA1C ranges. I am impressed with the control, as I am convinced this is the key to staving off deadly complications..
