I have had very few problems, good experience with their customer service, etc. I find I really like podding in certain spots of my body that I never used for infusion with tubing (like my back). The PDM is ultra-user friendly (like the Cozmo), too.
Since you're a Navigator user though, I strongly recommend the Omnipod. Not only do they take the same strips (regular Freestyle strips), but Navigator's planned updates over the next two years (and Omnipod's, too) hope to incorporate the two devices into a single receiver. If you had a Dexcom, I'd tell you that both Omnipod and Animas have planned updates to combine with the CGM, but Animas is Dex-only, whereas Omni is both.
