new to site working my way around great to find it dont know why i havent looked for something like this sooner diabetic for 29yrs on a pump live in tasmania australia my controll has always been pretty good just sufferes when i get lazy!!!

Thanks for your encouragement about pregnancy! So good to hear success stories. I've been "getting ready for over a year now", but my A1c is still only 6.7 (had it measured yesterday). I need to become more disciplined about testing regularly and counting carbs carefully. I'm going to work for it to come down before we start trying.

You should join to group Oh Baby! for women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy. We have a lot of great Moms that offer advice there. It would be great if you can too!

Hope that you enjoy TuDiabetes! It's a wonderful online community.
