Trudy said… - Hi Kerri. I don't stray far from TuD for comments, so I'm here replying to your today's blog re gluten free pasta. The two types I like (and my non-Celiac husband also likes, or at least got used to) are Tinkyada brown rice in several shapes, and Eden's 100% Whole Buckwheat Pasta--Buckwheat Soba. I hope the first months w/o gluten does help your little one to avoid Celiac, since I know from experience that it's an awful nuisance.
