The two types I like (and my non-Celiac husband also likes, or at least got used to) are Tinkyada brown rice in several shapes, and Eden's 100% Whole Buckwheat Pasta--Buckwheat Soba. I hope the first months w/o gluten does help your little one to avoid Celiac, since I know from experience that it's an awful nuisance.
