I could be a lot better to be honest just having a bit of a hard time at work making me feel really down and sending my levels sky high as I write to you my level is 21.3 but ketons are low thank God.
Just stuck between a hard place and a massive rock at the moment.
I am glad your enjoying your volunteering it makes you feel a whole lot better when you helping others.
