Video of me changing my pod. Sorry for all of the cuts, I had a long movie and had to do lots of edits to fit it into the 10 minute limit. If you have any questions, you can shoot me a message on here. Thanks!

About me...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am a southern girl with T1 diabetes. I was diagnosed at 4, and just past my 20 year mark in November. I was on shot therapy from age 4 until 16, then I started on insulin pumps. My first one was a Disetronic H-Tron +, then I upgraded to the Spirit pump, but I didn’t like it very much. So far, I love my OmniPod and I hope it continues to work as well for me as it has. Most of the time, my a1c's were always in the high 9’s, low 10’s, but I’m hoping that since I started on the OmniPod in December, that I’ll see a much lower, better number when I go back to my next appointment. I am an insurance agent, but my passion is music and photography. I love to sing wherever I am. Most of the time I sing what ever is on my iPod, but usually its either a little country or Southern Gospel. I am starting to get into photography a lot. I’ve always loved taking pictures, but I’m really getting into the “science” behind it and am really considering taking a few courses. I don’t want to go professional, but I’m starting out with just landscape pictures and trying to do some family photos as well. I have been married for a little over a year, and have two cats for now. We are talking about having kids in the future, but not until my A1c is at or below 6 for a few tests, or at least a year. But even if we do get pregnant before then, I have an excellent endo that I'm sure can help me get through the pregnancy okay.
....and that's all (for now), folks! ;-)
If you could only have one, which one would you choose? The Wii Fit Plus or Wii Active? I have a Wii Fit, but can't decide on the next one...
