Oh! Ni hao? Xie xie. Unfortunately, thats all I know, LOL. Filpinos are everywhere too...although I think Im alone in Oklahoma...boohoo. Yep...Its more Rice, Rice babee...! LOL.

I knew it...food! LOL. Unfortunately, its so hard to rid rice off my diet (Im Asian by descent, I love rice) Im limiting it though to half a cup a day. Indeed I have to lose more weight. Just about 5 lbs more my nutritionist says. Before I got diagnosed I was 20 lbs underweight. Im doing 45 minute cardio workout 4 times a week. Maybe I should do a bit more. Im just lazy,LOL. Thanks so much for the advise. (95% food and 5% lazy! LOL, wink wink) Have a great day.
