Indeed I have to lose more weight. Just about 5 lbs more my nutritionist says. Before I got diagnosed I was 20 lbs underweight. Im doing 45 minute cardio workout 4 times a week. Maybe I should do a bit more. Im just lazy,LOL. Thanks so much for the advise. (95% food and 5% lazy! LOL, wink wink) Have a great day.
