i have 3 and a half years on my warrenty in that time abbot labs should have there new pump out cozmore and abbot where both integrated to gether so i believe abbot will have the same features as the cozmore.

There may be some issues with Vista and the software used by the IRDA dongle. I would update the software for the IRDA (go to the manufacturer's website) and see if that helps; there is also a hidden diagnostic tool on the CD for the Cozmo softwar...

Making medical ID bracelet bands

Well, I've started something new that I thought I should probably share. I have been a jewelry making dabbler for a long time on and off, and I've started an etsy store to sell some of the cute ID bracelet bands (and other assorted things I like to make) that I've put together. Fed up with your federal government's support of health care policy/economic policy/etc.?

Here's something you can do: volunteer with whichever political campaign you think will do the most good in an upcoming election.

Yesterday evening the Mr. and I volunteered with the Obama campaign to canvass a neighborhood in our town; when we got too cold and it got too dark to see, we went back to the office and addressed, signed, and stuffed envelopes. So about that picture...

... it was taken on our honeymoon about a year ago. We went to London and saw LOTS of the sights. The first full day there we went to the Winston Churchill exhibit at the Imperial War Museum. Hi Sarah! August is a whacky month for most of us. Behind on bills because of both vehicals in the shop one time or the other. We're in one vehical for now which has no a/c. Spent 500 dollars on the light bill today, there goes some of our meds for me and my husband whose diabetic also. We'll have to wait till next week.

Good news is my business is picking up, I clean residential and make readys on the side. It's just me and hubby and daughter in law doing the work. Haven't really hired anyone because we need the money to come into the household and supporting my mother and my husband's father.

I really need to find some time to start writing my book. It seems the day goes by so fast and you wonder what did you do. LOL Anyways, hope you are doing great and maybe I can go with you to a convention or something thru the Tudiabetes. Cool, huh!

Progress here is really slow. I wanted to write the next chapter this "summer", but suddenly the summer is almost over and I'm still just reading. No writing yet-- SOON!! ;)

I'm using household income survey (produced by official statistical offices in each country-- and standardized by international researchers) and different authors "data" on political party systems (placing political parties on different scales).

But my primary methodology is actually just comparative case studies (comparing 3 policy areas in 4 countries). There is less pressure to use statistical methods in Europe. Are you expecting to have numerical data for statistical analysis... or is the missing data rather just mean missing empirical evidence?

My brother went to Hope College... So I've been in Holland many times! Your project sounds interesting!! Hope that you are able to find a new direction there that can re-motivate you. Progress always come in plateaus, I think. But the time that you spend on the flat part is frustrating, but (I believe) necessary for making the next jump. I just spent a long time on a plateau!

Yes I sometimes read phdcomics, but I try to avoid it because I'm very prone to procrastination (if you need proof, check my TuDiabetes activity!!!)

What are you thinking of changing your topic to?

I'm writing about how political party systems influence redistributional effects of welfare states in CEE. I'm in my 3rd year and really hoping to finish in 1-2 years, but it is all a pipe dream for now!

HI, have you ever noticed the way that IOB affects your control?
It's interesting that cozmo has a linear formula and animas is curvilenear. Curvilinear is supposed to be more like the bodies response. Thanks! I have noticed, from years of MDI, more difference in the way long term insulin is metabolized. Itll be intersting to get into more detail with the humalog.
