Thanks for the suggestion, maybe I should call them and see if I can get a dexcom test drive kit, obviously you got to try it out easily you're self. I'm also working on my insurance to get me one at some point, hopefully only a few more months left :)
I want to get a DM med alert tattoo. I haven't decided between the Caduceus and the Staff of Asclepius. I love medicine/healthcare so I was going to get something similar before my diagnosis so now I am just changing it a bit. I will post ideas once I figure out how to do that! haha I also really want the new international DM symbol, baby blue hollow circle on my wrist but I have to be able to cover it with a bracelet or watch so I am holding off on that now.
hi vani, welcome! if you click on "Forum" on the top banner you will find hundreds of discussions on pumps. I have the Accu-chek Spirit, not the most popular, but I appreciate that you get a backup pump for those rare times when there's a malfunction.
