Hello Friends, it has been a while. I have been mighty busy with school and getting together with friends. Hello All!
I have exercised for a relatively long time (about 2 years). My weight has stayed about the same. Thus, I am considering a more "intensive" low carb diet. I have been on a willy-nilly low carb diet on my own, but I have not perfectly followed "my" plan thus, I am considering something more conrete. I'm sitting here, thinking. I am looking at the lab orders I have for tomorrow mornings fasting blood work. I am focusing on the letters A1c. It's the first lab order -- of course it's in alphabetical order. All I can think about is 'first is the worst'. Since the summer, I have had to devote more time to school and thus, less importance on the D. Is there anyone else out there nervous about their A1c? I think I have reached D burnout.
