Hi Wayna, Runner :) from across the Line .How are you ?
Are you willing to play the Big Blue Test from present till November 14 , World Diabetes Day. Only 6 more days to go - we can do this!!
We have people participating with injuries, people who can only do 5 minutes of exercise due to their health, and people doing heavy, strenuous exercise. This year there is no set time that you have to exercise to log your results.
Please encourage your families, friends, co-workers, etc. to log their exercise as well No fingerstick needed. My Hubby joins me during my daily walks .
Where else can you donate $5 to needy D organizations without taking a penny out of pocket?
I really want to see it happen. Let's get there soon!
Thanks for your participation and post the times you RUN ;)
Here a bit more information ,if you don't know what the Big BLue Test is...: If 20,000 tests are logged before November 14th, $100,000 will be donated to diabetes-related nonprofits. Last number I noticed is over 13000 .Up to Go .I hope I made it clear !The website helpful ??? http://www.bigbluetest.org/faq/ Thank you again and be well !Keep on running ...cheerio
