So it is better to prepare your own drink at home. You can stock up fresh fruits in summer and use them in winter to prepare fruit drinks with a fresh taste.See More

Any candy made from sugar (sucrose) is going to do the job. Just make sure it's made with real sugar not the sugar free varieties or sugar…"

My name is Ayca. But my family and close friends call me panpan. I have DM ( Type I) since February 2002.
I love cooking since my childhood and my big dream is being a master chef :) but now that has a little changed. but still I love cooking and sharing this with people at my blog. It renews me.
Sometimes I'm confused about the DM. Because this is a life style not an illness! So I want to learn how to live with diabetes very well. I mean, the quality of life.

I've actually been to Istanbul years ago. I have a good friend who lives there with her Turkish husband. they have a place on the Asian side and also a flat in Bebek. there are several Turkish members here, I will go look them up for you.
