Hi YoGI....I know that you don't celebrate Thanksgiving in India, but I wanted to send you festive wishes nonetheless, since we should truly be thankful each and every day, not only on a designated day, right?.In Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving the second Monday of October...this year it's on Oct.12th! (the US celebrate theirs the 4th Thursday of November). We have family and friends over, we gather around the table, and some, such as my family, give thanks to God for His bounty...and most of us will have turkey as a main course. The roots of this celebration date back to early colonial days in Canada and the US...where most pioneers of the time were from France and England....and were thanking God for His protection and providence in their new land.Take care....linda :)
Good luck and take care,
Anita
Have a great day!
Have a good day :)
