Well for two years I did very good with diet and exercise. The past few months I fell off the band wagon...really bad. Have a serious famly problem, on my mind 24/7 and did not even think or care what I ate. Get my A1C taken on December 7 and am now scared that will have to go on meds. Think I can get it down before then if I start now??

Today I woke up with a BG of 147, I was so disappointed, 2 hours after breakfast my BG was 201 (had pork and beans, 3 pcs cracker and a half cup of non-fat milk), I cried and cried... don't know what to do, I feel terrible, out of anger I pop the pill into my mouth!
