Introduction and Venting

Hello All,



Just wanted to introduce myself and vent a little... for anyone who wants to read it.



I'm Courtney, I'm 25, and am an RN in Minnesota. I've been a Type 1 diabetic since age 12 and hate nothing more. I've also had depression for the last 5 or so years which doesn't help at all. Confusion at it's finest...

I'm quite nervous about this. Today is my last day to choose between pumps. I decided to whittle it down to the Minimed, and the Ping. If neither are what I like, I'm going to go to the CoZmo again. The thing is, as I'm sure everyone has made their decision about the Minimed, is the CGMS. I was on a CGMS before, the Dexcom, before the Dexcom Seven was introduced, but it was painful, and I have been testing so much more lately that I was thinking the CGMS might be a good thing to try… Continue
