My health insurance premiums are going to increase three fold !!!

Rumor around my office is that our health insurance premiums are going to increase about three fold. The enrollment period for the new year is next month and HR is already trying to prepare employees for the shock...stating that premiums will be going up and it will be a historical increase. Rumors are all over the place and the word is that our premiums will increase 3 fold.
