The Sushi Experiment

Today we went for "all you can eat" sushi and it was a success!

Of course I didn't eat all I could eat, but i left full and satisfied and positive that I had done a good job carb counting. So I want to blog what I ate, in case any of you, other sushi lovers, care to try.

Test before meal: 6.5

Test 1.5h after meal 4.4

Sushi rolls (crispy, avocado-sweet potato, salmon, unagi)

9 pieces x 10g carbs = 90g carbs

sushi pieces(salmon, unagi, tuna, snapper) …

A lil about me and the big D...

Hello Y'all!



I am so relieved to have found tuDiabetes.
