A Promise [It is a Journey]

But am sure that my parents suffered a lot just in caring and helping me out through all my Diabetes years. During my teenager age, I had my time of not caring and not listening, most of the time my BG was in the range of 300-400 and I barely test my BG to notice or even my parents to notice it, I tested like one a week or even less. Since my routine at tha… Continue

Good habits = Bad habits for Diabetes

I have many good habits that is bad for a person with diabetes!!! 1- I finish my plate no matter how much in it, so if am at a restaurant and ordered a meal with lots of sides (french fries, corn, coleslaw ...) Meeting 2 Type 1 in one month

This month was a wonderful May for me, the first time in my life I had a chance to meet with other type 1 face to face and chat. Am really lucky that both of them were understanding and welling to share. If that continues with me, I will know hundreds in no time! I wish! ;) People with diabetes are different: I believe we have a special beauty that you wouldn't find in other people which don't have diabetes. That is why I have this phrase "So sweet to be a diabetic". Were we share, care,… Continue
