Some would say a good walk in the fresh air will do you the world of good and perhaps they are right,but after a massive heart attack and having diabetes prostrate and arthritic pains even standing up some days is a real challenge for me,my mind is racing to go my muscles are charged but the effort of just getting up from a sitting position tires me out especially when I go light headed having 18.5 stone fall on you from 6 foot can be dangerous as my dog once found out.

Photo took up all the space not worked out how to make photo smaller so here is the rest of the blog post on opening the big box sounds like a horror movie I saw recently I was amazed to see it contained flowers in a lovely vase I found the card and saw it came from our daughter who lives in America the flowers were for my Birthday.

I have blood tests again this morning 9am our time this will be the 5th time I have given blood in the past 6 weeks 3 of those blod tests including todays are fasting ones so it will be over 12 hours since I last had anything to eat well tea was 6pm last night so you worl it out, how the nurses can expect a diabetec to go all that time without food is worrying well to me anyway, I know what happens if my blood sugars drop low and it is not funny in fact the time leading up to a hypo is…
