There are times when that darned itch drives you crazy for me it is in the middle of my shoulders I usually resort to scratching trying to scratch it on the door frame, some times it works the other you have to find something to do to take your mind of it, I can guarantee every night when we get in bed and this is an interesting fact My Angel asks me to scratch her back well having wings can cause problems usually she folds them all neat and tidy well i see a lot of birds scratching and…

The morning BLUES

It would be nice to wake up two morning in a row and feel the same, yesterday I woke up and feeling ok well as ok as one can bee this appalling weather nice to look at but chilly to the core, this morning I feel like I have been dragged through a briar patch or hedge grove over here, hope you noticed I did not use terms like great, wonderful, amazing or even chuffed illness/conditions can really drag you down without you realising before it is to late and you end up on anti depressants like…

To my knowledge the gobblygook has been in our family for generations in times of crisis he is always there to lend a helping hand having someone outside the family look at a problem can be very useful at times, but having been around for generations in our family grandad knew him his dad knew him my dad knew him and now I know him, he is not a big Rabbit a goose or a gander a turtle of a bird not even something from down under, how best to describe him well imagine a beam of sunlight…

What is that smell

There is nothing like the smell of fresh paint,it gets up your nose and down your throat

Splash a bit of it here splash it on there if it's gloss watch it run like a rabbit having fun

Emulsion is nice few runs do you get unless you are heavy handed with roller of brush

Preparation is the key my once told me get it right and painting can be a piece of cake

Do I start here or over there shall I start over the window or by the door keep it off the floor

In a time of PLENTY

That something special is filling the air,I mean the Christmas spirit Christian or not at this time of the year thoughts go out to all those who have little or nothing, our Savour Chris knew all about pain misery and destitution for these are not Heavenly made but caused by us his children who do not heed the word,no child no sick person no one should be alone especially during this time, children die from hunger disease while some of us sit in our comfy living rooms arguing over what to watch…

Come up for air Love

Just when you think you have depression under control you have a day like i had yesterday by the end of it I was moody not talking not even to myself and felt like the bad old days, please no more of those thoughts I cannot swim, not going to bore you with the build up crisis just to say it was not very pleasant by 10 after I had got a bit of peace and quite away from my nagging Angel which at times cuts you to the bone,I was back to my cheerful Ricky Gervais face, speaking of him we watched…

Even ANGEL'S get sick

You tend to forget that when a person, loved one takes care of you how much you really do rely on them to clean cook and at times administer medication and give you love and affection when you feel so low, my Angel has been with me since we first met 46 years ago on a rainy winters day in Dudley we said hello having never met before and cupid pierced my heart with one of his arrows, perhaps that is why I am heart failure patient.

My condition diabetes was something I got on with to be…

You wake up some mornings well let's hope you wake up every morning otherwise this is a bit pointless, transferring from a dream state to wow another day thank you lord can be a bit of a misty experience from flying with the birds to putting your feet down on cold carpet can come as a bit of a shocker to the system, the cold reality of the winters morning on your piggies before you get to the slippers can be a twilight moment.

Some say the…

It must be SATURDAY,these walls a prison do make

How do I feel this Novembers winters day, snow bound and eerie silence and no footprints to be found,am I alone did everyone go and leave me my cat and my freezing toes, the kettle whistles as it boils the tea bags ready the milk as white as snow, the scrap man calls any scrap any scrap his bugles blows like Angels from afar, so I am not alone there the kettle blows, one tea bag one sweetener just for me two slices of toast brown bread it has to be,smudge is sleeping her snoring is so loud, if…
