Nikki's been testing on her fingers since she was 2 years old. she is now 14 and we wanted to give her fingers a break so her brother Patrick taught her how to test on her arm.

It's always my biggest fear that we will be traveling and something will happen to one of our childrens insulin pumps. I try to prepare for that happening but even with all of my preparations I missed something oh so important! Check it out, and feel free to share our diabetes tidbits, bite size pieces of information that have helped us along the way.!
