Converting blood sugar measurements

Could someone kindly advise me as to how to convert the US blood glucose readings to UK ones. I am sure there is a table here somewhere, I would be grateful is someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks

Multiply with 18 to convert from mmol/l to mg/dl. Divide with 18 to convert from mg/dl to mmol/l :)

Put this link on your Favourites tab, so it's always convenient at the top of your screen when you need to convert a blood glucose number.

http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/A1Ccalc.php

It converts & also tells what A1c means in BG average in both measurements.
