So, few weeks ago I was in hospital (DKA yet again) and a doctor was talking to me about the insulin pumps. Id heard of them before, but dont know alot about them. So after reading about them, I think that it would be a good option for me. Something constantly attached would definately remind me to take my insulin.
I was just wondering what they are really like? The good points and bad points to them? Or am I just best sticking to giving myself shots 4 times a day? Which do people think are best? HELPPP?!?!?!

I know that the pump wont remind me. Not expecting it to. But having it attached, I am more likely to take my insulin, because having it attached would remind my. With the pens, they go in my bag, I am more likely to forget it. My A1c has always been high. Probably due to the fact i do have weak control over my diabetes. Its not through my lack of trying. Just sometimes i get to a stage where i hit a wall, simply cant do it anymore and it causes me to have a melt down.
Thanks for all the advice though :) its nice to know peoples views on the pump :)
