TuDiabetes

I was first diagnosed with gestational diabetes when I was 27 and pregnant with my 2nd child. Not even 6 months after he was born I was type 2. I take Actos PlusMet twice a day, and I am supposed to be on a strict diet. I am having a really difficult time with it though. I am an emotional eater, so now that I have come to terms with that, it should be easier to move foward, but it just isn't for me. I have been trying to give it all to God, because through him I can do all things. He help me (and my hubby) to quit smoking over 3 years ago, and he is the reason we have two beautiful children. I know he can help me defeat diabetes and my weight, as long as I let him!!!

I am also on another great site called www.sparkpeople.com.
