4 Types of Exercise for the Diabetic

I outline the 4 basic types of exercise and the use and effect upon the diabetic body. Each is a tool in our toolbox that we can employ for various effects to help manage our diabetes.

Monday I'll cover Motivation and finding time to exercise. Plus hopefully later I can outline example workouts of each type and how to put them all together.

Also, finally got my own Twitter Account! Follow me for updates!

Hi there. I like your post of finding motivation to exercise. I was going to comment there - am I missing the link to that option? I recently heard an interview with Phil Southerland where he talks about people being busy and not having the time to work out - he said it very empathetically. Then he made the point, that if you take the time to exercise today, you add years to your life, so you really DO have the time. I found that rather motivational. :)
