Today's Saturday, and I've decided to make a change for next week and to start preparing myself now.
So, here's my plan: from Monday to Friday I'll go totally off sugar, stick to a carb limit of 210g or less every day (right now I have no clue what I'm doing-a lot more than that), keep track of my bg's every day, and exercise at least 30 min. a day.
Whew! It makes me tired just thinkin about all that :) No, actually I'm hoping this gives me a lot more energy. Right now I just feel like I could sleep all the time.
I thought I'd share this with everyone, cause I'm sure it'll help me stick to it!
I'd be glad to hear from anyone with cool thoughts or ideas for me, and I'll keep you up to date.
