So I have had my trainer for a month now and I am kicking myself for not doing this sooner!

Overall I have lost 1/2 in. in my arms and 1 1/2 in. everywhere else, well except for my boobs. I have actually gained 2 in there! I know most people would be thrilled, but Im good in that section.

I have really been working on using my pump to my advantage and it has been working out great. I have noticed excercising regularly has help my numbers to be more consistant. Oh and I am not as slugish as I usually am. I am able to wake up at 6 and have entry throughout the day until I get off work at 9. Yeah I work form 8am till 9 pm and that is why I am in love with my pump! It has brought consistency into my non-consistent life.
