Another night without sleep, have been laying in bed trying so hard to sleep. I am sleepy and tired, but it just won't come. Not sure what to do next.

When you get tired

When you get tired
And feel fed up
Go for a walk
Walk on the sea
Your head is high
Touches the ski
And sing
Your favorite song

Pause for a second
Give a thought for a whale
Who is asking you?
Dear, fancy a ride?

Go for a ride
The whale is a friend
He will give you a dip
But sure
You are not getting wet

When you feel bad
Draw on the sand
The wind will take care
Of the nonsense you draw
Blowing it away
Sure that is not bad

When all are good
And you are the only bad
Go to the desert
And walk for miles
Eye on the horizon
Till it is dark
The stars will shine
And tell you their secrets
No body is always good
Neither none is really bad
The stars will tell you
Be true to yourself
And there is
No need
To feel sad
