(That's "when", not "if"--reflecting my new positive outlook!)

...the first thing I am going to do is drink a couple glasses of fresh-squeezed orange juice.

I love fresh OJ but it sends my glucose levels through the roof and I have given up trying to figure out how to bolus for it and it's easier just to skip it.

How about you? What would be the first thing you would eat?

I'm with you on the orange juice. We can only have it when we're low, and you can't enjoy anything then. I think I'd have a big Italian meal. Pasta, garlic bread, and dessert.

I'd quit my job because I wouldn't need good benefits (but, by that time I'd probably be having a lot of age-related health problems anyway).
