TuDiabetes

So I've seen tudiabetes for a while now, and was reluctant to join. It looked cool, but I have a tendency to push back against all forms of new technology at first. Now that I'm here, I see that it's pretty easy, and lots of fun. Just people connecting with others based on the common bond of diabetes.

I loved Star Trek as a kid (OK, as an adult too), so you would think that I'd jump on the bandwagon more easily. As in: Why did I resist getting an insulin pump for so long? Why did it take me a month to start using the Garmin that my old boss gave me? Why am I just now getting my own cell phone? (OK, I had a blackberry for work, but it wasn't mine).

Anyway, it's nice to be here with all of you!
