i have been to the endo and i got great news my a1c was 6.9 so that good as my last was one was 7 so i am happy i have been busy with work and going to a diabetes class at st pauls here in vancouver i hope to keep up with my bloging hope you are doing ok oh yeah i almost forgot om my myspace page i have a poem under rants it about diabetes please read it and let me know what you think it www.myspace.com/diabetes1978 thanks love shell
