Welcome, Sarah! I bet you will find this is what you're looking for.... as for thinking you've never really dealt with having diabetes, join that club. In no small part, I think that's why we're all ecstatic about this website; we're trying to help each other figure it out. While having diabetes and living with diabetes may appear to be the same thing, in my mind, they are very different. One requires a level of consciousness and actively making decisions while the other does not. I've had diabetes 31 years and I feel that I'm just finally starting to accept it. Hearing all of these different voices helps me tremendously. I hope you'll find it helpful, too!
