When a Choice Isn't Really a Choice...

Please read my post on Amazing Grace. I don't know why my headlines aren't showing up on the Diabetes Daily headlines, but I need some support today. Things are going well, but this most recent news stinks! Click here to go there! Thanks and love!

I am sorry about what you are going through. Did they explain in any way the reasoning behind the decision?

As for the headlines not showing, I am going to guess it has to do with the use of double-quotes. If you eliminate them altogether from the title, they may show up again.

In the arts in America, this is unfortunately a very common everyday kind of choice one has to confront. You are on the right track for sorting it out for yourself--it is not only different person to person, but situation to situation. Can you afford to teach for free? Do you like your students and do they like you? Are they getting out of the class what you want them to? And are you? Are you building something or is this a one shot deal? Do your students treat you wiith respect (obviously admin doesn't). Really, Amylia, it comes down to what does your heart say? Following your heart may get you into trouble from time to time, but it will also get you out of that trouble, whatever it is!.....You know I'm thinking of you......

P.S. Teaching is a sacred trust. You know this. Administrators very often don't. But whatever you decide, the fact that you consider it an important way of shaping lives---yours as well as those of your students---is a light in the world......

Hey Sister, Teacher:)
I'm sending you love; hoping your teachers heart will make the best decision for you and the students. That is such a difficult thing to deal with. I know you will choose well.
