I had my own office with a window
i had a girl friend and her daughter
i had a start to a new family
i had good health
i had lots of friends
and then...
i got diabetes
i got complications
i got symptoms
i got mad
i got sad
and then...
i lost my girlfriend
i lost my income
i lost my start
i lost my future
i lost my sleep
and then...
i took shots
i took pills
i took advise
i took tests
i took more shots
and then...
i found help
i found others like me
i found tudiabetes
i found control
i found praise
and then...
i stayed strong
i stayed smart
i stayed positive
i stayed prepared
i stayed hopeful
and then...
i learned a lot
i learned help is out there
i learned perfection is impossible
i learned health is very important
i learned change is inevitable
and then...
i gave advise
i gave smiles
i gave ideas
i gave help
i gave it my all
and now...
i have diabetes
i have love
i have income
i have friends
i have good health
i have a future
i have more then i had
i have a start to an amazing new life

Good job. You are amazing. Now ifI could only find legs in an antique shop I would be better and maybe this 86 year old WW2 veteran could dance again. Glad all is well. Reed
