So a coworker of mine suggested a fitness app the other day its called MyFitnessPal, and let me just say its pretty amazing specially for all of us who do need a lil help with the food to take care of the D.
Its a diary log where you can post all your meals and workouts, to count how many calories youve consumed the whole day, i find it super helpful beacause it has an inner food diccionary as well as the option of entering your food with a barcode reader if needed. The exercise section is the same and if youve worked out it reduces the calorie intake.
For those of you who find it a bit anoying cause no lie it is a bit, its a good way to keep up with your food intake to regulate bloodsugar and helping one realice how much we´re actually eating.
So if you guys feel like giving it a try i most recomend it :)
