A great alternative to my much loved mexican food. I have started to cut out all grains from my diet and mexican food revolves around tortillas! So check out a good option to replace tortillas.

Thanks for the recipe, I really like using romain leaves for things like this. Another great dish is Korean BBQ, Bulgogi which you can eat in a very similar way, except I add lots of spicy stuff like Kimchi and Sriracha.
