I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to taking any sort of vitamins or medications since I had a bad reaction awhile ago, even if it seems so harmless I still worry. So, I was wondering if any of you take or have taken the Vitamin D3 (1000IU) with Vitamin K1 Chews from The Vitamin Shoppe. Plus its harder for me to actually swallow pills so these types of chews and such are much easier for me, if anyone has any recommendations for supplements I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I don't know about the chews, but if the vitamin shoppe has them I would consider them fine. I have bought my B Vitamins there, a few others. I take Vitamin D3 50,000 , and Magnesium, and the B's.

I hope someone can tell you haw they are, but again I think they are fine. I have heard K-1 is good too.
