I was doing just great uptill today .. so today was like i have no diabetes .. i ate everything i wanted .. This is bad, but it made me go searching for a alot concerning diabetes and i think this has enriched me with some valuable info .. so there's at least a bright side to the day !

I think I should be blogging like everyday, because today I've found out that I only eat to avoid confronting myself with my own feelings .. while the fact is we should FEEL actually .. we should feel angry, sad, happy, frustrated and overwhelmed .. we should feel all that .. so, if I am angry because I can't eat what I want .. I should be angry I should be enjoying that feeling i guess .. THIS IS LIFE !!! It's amazing how we can look at things at different perspectives !!
Today was a bad day for my diabetes .. but I managed to discover more about LIFE !

TOMORROW is going to be aaaalll about living and feeling ! :)
