I listened to a podcast the other day. It was an interview with Usman Haque who found Pachube now called Cosm.com. This website lets you publish data feeds and lets other folks follow/use them.

As an experiment, I'm publishing a manual data feed of the following items: my blood glucose reading; carbs consumed; insulin taken.

These show as line graphs, though carbs consumed really should be a series of points without lines; and insulin should be a series of curves based on IOB calculations.

I wonder if data collection could be automated and if these data feeds could form the basis for a personal health dashboard.
