Does Cinnamon lower blood sugar..?

I'm curious about this, I also hear you can lose a little weight with it as well? Any thoughts?

As far as I know and have heard, cinnamon, and even it's counterpart cassia, can help lower blood sugar.

Studies have shown that it does. It is recommnded to add 1 tsp to foods/drinks a day. You can also buy cinnamon capsules.
