February query: What would you do with a diabetes-free day?
Hello all,
I would probably exercise and exercise some more. A lot of people would probably eat cake and lollies and sweets and their favorite food of choice. But what frustrates me the most about Type 1 Diabetes, is the fact that I cannot exercise without going low (well recently I have been finding a good plan, but never mind), correcting with Jelly Beans and ultimately achieving nothing.
I just want a day where I can clean, run, walk, shop or MOVE without going Hypo and making everyone around me freak out.
SO basically, I would go CRAZY and unload as much energy in a day as I could and NOT get a hypo.
The END!
Leena.
I know it's a fine line being "in control". I know it feels like I spend a lot of time either fighting off lows or fighting off going high. Just going through my daily activities without needing to worry about that would be wonderful.
