Florida Medicaid Coverage Questions
Hi guys does anyone know if Florida medicaid cover insulins, and test strips?? Right now I take Humalog and Novolin... ?? Thank you :)

Do a Goggle search for Florida Medicaid covered services it appears both are covered - I suspect they have a formulary "preferred drug list" of some sort and they may steer you to a particular meter and a particular brand of insulin - your physcian may be able to help you here though. To get the straight scoop I'd call what ever company is their Pharmacy Benefit Manager to ask more specific questions. Because Medicaid is part feferal and State dollars it's really the Fed's who decides what's covered.
