Yes, the Gateway is as beautiful as the Magical Place itself. The Beatrice Potter stories could have taken place in this entrance and the Place itself.

Probably my imagination in overdrive but that looks like honeysuckle along the sides!

Just looking at this picture broght back memories of my grandparent's house way back in the sticks in Kentucky. No electricity, no running water and of course no, err, local bathroom. :-)

Outside the kitchen, my grandfather ( a HUGE coal miner) had gotten some honeysuckle to grow so that my grandmother would have something really nice to smell through the window. She spent alot of time in that kitchen making things i cannot eat anymore but that I still dream about from time to time; my grandparents talking to me as we all at a hearty, country breakfast.
